Quick and easy salsa verde

  • 1 can of tomatillos 12oz/340g
  • 2-3 cloves of fresh garlic minced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 jalapeƱo pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1/3 cup of fresh cilantro chopped Freshly squeezed just of
  • 1 lime
  • 1/3 cup sunflower oil
  • salt to taste


  • Add all ingredients into the food processor and slowly pulse until smooth. Don't over process: you don't want it to come out too watery.
